Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in the software industry, preferably SAP, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of various software solutions and a proven track record in business development. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate meetings with our sales team.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and positioning SAP solutions and services as the optimal choice.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing to align on strategies, campaigns, and webinars that will drive business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to SAP to provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in business development or sales within the software industry, preferably SAP.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and social media skills with the ability to convey the benefits of our SAP consulting and software solutions.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and phone skills, with the ability to assess client needs and explain how our services will allow them to enhance and automate their business processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
