Summary

EEBC is seeking an experienced business trainer to join our team as a Bilingual (English and Spanish )Business Trainer/Coach. The person in this role develops and delivers high-impact training workshops and provides one-on-one coaching support to early childhood education leaders. The ideal candidate will have successful business training experience, demonstrating skills in teaching adult learners and strong business acumen.

Duties

• Training : Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops virtually and in-person.
• Coaching : Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions, providing one-on-one coaching.
• Workshop Development : Collaborate with the Training Team to develop workshops and training materials.
• Continuous Improvement : Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Commitment to EEBC?s Core Values (please see above)
• Business experience (2+ years), i.e., management, human resources, financial management, marketing, automation/technology, etc.
• Adult learning experience (1+ years)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English and Spanish speaker
• Bachelor?s degree 

Nice To Haves

• Child care / Early Childhood Education leadership experience
• Bachelor?s degree in business or early childhood education
• Familiarity and experience with childcare management software (CCMS)
