In this role the Benefits Analyst I will be responsible for managing leave/accommodation cases, benefits administration, and benefits projects. This role will work with various HR teams, divisional benefit assistants and vendor partners (e.g., Cigna, VSP, New York Life and Benefits Prime).

Position Type: Full-Time Starting Wage: $36.25 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $37.75 | Year 3 - $39.25 | Year 4 - $41.75 Work Location: Naperville, IL This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
