-Must have baking experience (know what creaming method is, proofing, ect)
-Home bakers are welcome
-good communication skills and a team player-must like people,we each have a hand in Customer service and sometimes jump on to help serve coffee
-must be able to stand 8hrs and lift 50lbs
-must be clean and understand food safety and sanitation.-Having a food handlers license is a plus!!
