About the Role

We are seeking a GTM Finance and Operations member to join the Strategic Finance team at Ramp. In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market (GTM) teams, providing financial and operational expertise to influence strategic decision-making.

You will play a critical role in building models and forecasts, analyzing financial and operational data, delivering insights to drive business decisions, and scaling our operations machine. This role will work closely with Sales, Data, Marketing & Growth, Product, and cross-functional leadership to drive mission-critical projects across the company.

This role demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong bias for action. This is a high-impact position and represents a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s fastest-growing startups at a pivotal moment in our trajectory.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead modeling, forecasting, and planning, ensuring highest quality and accuracy while balancing for growth and profitability tradeoffs

  • Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards and analyses to drive performance management and insights

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to influence GTM leadership on key strategic decisions

  • Analyze and advise on operational improvements to boost productivity

  • Own cross-functional value creation initiatives end to end in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders

What You Need

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Revenue Operations/Finance at a top-tier technology company

  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills

  • A “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

Nice to Haves

  • Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, with a working knowledge of key tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
