Assistant Vice President and Dean of Admissions – Rochester Institute of Technology – Rochester, NY
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in undergraduate, graduate and/or international admissions, as well as proven leadership in admissions, understanding of enrollment management including student financial aid and enrollment marketing, and acumen with technology and data analysis.
Based on competitive market information and in compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the base salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $160,000 to $180,000, supplemented by a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Compensation for the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, market, and organizational considerations. The hiring process for this position may require a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle records check.
