How will you make an impact?

The Assembler I will be responsible for inspecting, weighing and boxing product. They then place product on skid, wrap and move to truck for distribution center. This position interacts daily with Production, Site Leadership, EHS, Quality, & HR personnel.

A Day in the Life:

• Ability to meet established production and quality standards.

• Work area must be clean and organized.

• Be flexible / willing to perform a wide variety of assembly and packing tasks throughout the day.

• Complete production paperwork in a timely manner.

• Performs other tasks as required including but not limited to packing, bagging, and preparing packages for shipment.

Keys to Success:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• No experience required!

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Work well within a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate to all levels within the organization.

• Follows company policies including safety and environmental policies.

• Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.

• Ability to communicate openly and honestly.

• Ability to balance multiple. tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
