Job Description



Champions School of Real Estate is seeking an experienced Art Director who is a highly motivated individual, to work at our Austin, TX Campus. The position will work with a team of creative individuals who are collaboratively responsible for the development and execution of marketing/advertising ideas regarding marketing to current and potential students within the company’s brand standards. This will include print advertisements, direct marketing flyers, textbooks, email campaigns, educational videos, and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain a firm grasp of the company’s business and brand standards for marketing, advertising, and production of design material across all business aspects.
  • Provide design and production support for all campuses/company marketing and advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and executive team on current and new marketing initiatives, using graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials to meet the business objectives.
  • Leverage existing company design, print, and marketing materials to expand upon the current brand’s look and feel.
  • Analyze trends, student needs, and the competitor landscape, and work with the team to improve or create new ways of promoting the companies’ product lines.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and budget, aligning with company priorities and goals.
  • Design print and digital brand assets for multi-channel campaigns, including print, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide graphic design for course catalog, print advertisements, marketing materials, flyers, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Obtain approval of designs and final layouts and encourage members to provide feedback.
  • Work within the team’s project management system, coordinating ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for yourself and other team members.
  • Work with the creative and executive team to elevate innovation within the company’s brand and voice.
  • Work with other creative team members to provide consistency of design and message across all mediums.
  • Oversee presentation of final design concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
  • Eight or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with an emphasis on print production
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud software, with emphasis on InDesign
  • Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
  • Ability to work within brand standards with attention to the company’s business objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet both short and long-term deadlines
  • Experience in print and digital production
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of web design technology and web standards including CSS 3 and HTML5
  • Team player who can operate effectively under pressure
  • Experience working an art director
  • Knowledge of Figma and email development skills
  • Dependable and professional appearance required.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (candidate will work on-site at campus location)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Information



Compensation: $65k based on experience + Monthly Bonus
