About the Role
Are you an experienced medical assistant with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Full-Time Administrative Medical Assistant (Client Services Representative) to provide top-tier support to clients via phone and email. In this role, you'll assist with training, compliance, ordering, and account reviews while helping to ensure a seamless experience for clients and remote laboratory collectors.
As a key team member, you'll collaborate across multiple departments, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to compliance standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling administrative duties, managing patient information, processing forms, and keeping our operations running efficiently. What You'll Do
Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and online communication.
Coordinate and train new customers on proper specimen collection procedures.
Review and process sample requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Work with leadership to meet internal and external compliance requirements.
Manage onboarding processes for new marketers and set expectations for test requirements.
Audit and validate documentation, ensuring all data meets regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Resolve documentation and specimen validation issues in collaboration with the team.
Assist in ordering and processing supplies for clients.
Support pre-analytics and accessioning by reviewing data for accuracy.
What You Bring
Medical assistant experience with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen collection, and medical necessity requirements.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Attention to detail for auditing, reviewing clinical data, and resolving discrepancies.
Strong organizational skills to manage onboarding, compliance, and workflow coordination.
